This is the vibrational output Strap version of the Midi applicator which has lugs on either side to attach webbing straps. The straps can be attached around a limb, back etc so the applicator will be held in place.

Nearly as powerful as the Maxi but with the advantage of smaller size and lower weight for areas where you are slightly restricted in access but need reasonable power.

Lower weight means less user fatigue.
